The declaration

A health plan does not exist as a document anywhere. Everyone has an insurance plan, sold to them, built around what someone will cover if they break. Almost nobody has a health plan, drafted by them, for them, to keep them well.

This is the best time in history to be healthy. We have traditional wisdom, root-cause science, and modern medicine, all at once. The problem is the ratio is backwards, tilted toward what is profitable or politically comfortable and away from what works. Flipping it for yourself does not take permission. It takes navigation. That navigation is the plan.
